The staff were exceptional! They assisted me with getting a taxi and shipping my suitcase to my next hotel. Every member of the staff that I interacted with spoke either fluent or very good English and assisted me so kindly. The room was exceptionally clean and the free amenities in the lobby were great (toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, cotton set, razor, and coffee/tea). There’s a microwave past the elevators on the first floor and coffee machines for free coffee on the first and second floor. Though there were many business guests while I stayed I didn’t hear anyone. There’s also a little seating area on the second floor that was quiet and peaceful. The train station was a short 5-6 min walk away and there’s a 7-11 the same distance in the opposite direction. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quieter neighborhood.

If you don't have luxury requirements, all your needs will be met. It offers all the basic amenities, from creams, toothbrush, to slippers, to shower amenities. It is super clean, staff is very polite and nice. They can keep your bags before your check in time so that you can enjoy Tokyo with the luggage. It is not close to all the happenings in Tokyo, but what is in a monster city, but the gift of going to sleep in a quiet neighbourhood it is a blessing after the hectic day spend in Tokyo. It is well connected with metro, 3min to the metro station, and close to the center of the happenings in Tokyo. Grateful to experience a first class service for a decent price and not paying thousands pf euros.

It’s spacious enough for a single traveler, with just the right balance of comfort and practicality. The staff was helpful with the check-in procedure and I love the quiet neighborhood. Everything was thought of. I loved that there was a bath tub and shower. There were free toiletries. There was free 24 hr coffee. There was a laundry. In the afternoon there was free orange and apple juice. Even the sign for do not disturb was practical being a magnet. Would absolutely stay again. Very convenient for public transport. Quiet. Good breakfast good value for money. Everything was super efficient and the staff were really helpful
